Data Flow and Evidence

A teacher is observing a child in a classroom and entering the data on a phone, including taking a picture and the picture gets sent by Wi-Fi to the cloud and store it in a database automatically and a data center 

The data is then been sent to the computer of the teacher where the teacher can review all of the data in one place and edits the outcome of the lessons. 

The statistics of those outcomes is then shared to the parents can see it on their phone. 

In older systems, 

the teacher is observing the children and writing it on paper. Then they go to the computer and click in some excel 

document and then they must print it out on paper 

and send it by the post to the parents.
