Why The Shadow Teacher
Is Not Enough?

Some parents, or even the school, demand a shadow teacher 

However, a single shadow teacher can not support the issue alone (Running after the child)

A child learns from its environment...  All of the items and people.

Classroom, Teacher, Book, -> but for special children, they need a specialized approach.

Visuals, specialized tools, specialized applications, specialized stratgeis,  

Keep talking to a child and just say "Good boy/Girl" is not enough

Most shadow teachers are hired with the expectation that they will solve all the problems… 

but in reality, it takes a full team to support the tools that the children need. 

Later, when the intervention fails, the school will blame the child.

Later, when the intervention fails, the parents will blame the shadow teacher.

In reality, the teacher, the school, or the child never had a chance. Because they never had the right setup to begin with.
